Tattiez: run the whole tattoo shop from one screen
Run the whole shop from one screen.
Booking requests, the calendar, waivers, stock, and the line on flash night. At your own address, in your colours, under your logo. Your customers never see us.
Ten minutes to set up. No contract.
- Approval before anyone books
- Waivers with an audit trail
- A queue for flash night
- Stock with a recall trail
From a request to the chair, in four steps
A customer asks, you decide, they pick a time, and you close it out. Each step sends its own email, so nobody waits on a phone call.
They ask.
A customer sends a request from your page, or from the form on your own website, with reference photos.
You say yes.
Read it in your inbox, pick the artist, and approve or decline. Nothing lands on the calendar without you.
They pick a time.
The approval email carries a link. They choose from the hours you opened, sign the waiver on their phone, and get a reminder the day before.
You close it out.
After the session, enter what it took. Revenue by artist, average ticket, and repeat clients follow from that one number.
The whole shop, four rooms
Every room is on from day one. Use the ones you need, and leave the rest switched on for later.
Your page, your form, your yes
yourshop.tattiez.com, in your colours and your words. Drop the request form into your own website with one line of code. Every request waits for your approval.
- Your public shop page
- The form, on your own site
- Reference photos
- An approval gate
Hours you open, rules you set
Open the hours each artist takes online. Customers book, move, or cancel inside the rules you set. Email goes out at every step.
- Bookable hours, per artist
- Self-scheduling from the link
- Reschedule and cancel rules
- Time off on the calendar
- Close-out and reports
- Deposits straight to you, soon
The line runs itself
This is where Tattiez began: the queue at events with a room full of guests. Guests scan the code at the door, sign on their own phone, and join. Your staff run the line from a phone.
- A code on the door
- The waiver on their phone
- A ticket that shows the wait
- A console for the floor
Stock as a ledger
Lots, expiry, and a recall trail that names every client a lot touched. Merch at the counter, roles for the team, and waivers archived as PDFs.
- Stock and purchase orders
- Lot tracking and recalls
- Merch sales at the counter
- Team invites and roles
- The waiver archive
Your name on every page. Ours on none.
Click a shop. The page, the colours, and the address change. The software underneath does not.
Request a booking
Custom work, walk-ins welcome. East Nashville.
Sending a request does not book a time. The shop replies first.
No “powered by” line. Not in the footer, not in the email.
Three screens people actually see
The guest's ticket, the customer's waiver, and your inbox. Each one in that shop's own colours.
The line
A guest's ticket on flash night. It updates on its own, in your colours.
The waiver

Your inbox
Every request lands here with its photos. Nothing books until you say yes.

Questions, answered
Do my customers ever see Tattiez?
Only in the address: yourshop.tattiez.com. Every page, every form, and every email carries your name and your colours. Custom domains are on the way.
Can I put the booking form on my own website?
Yes. Paste one snippet from Settings and the form appears on your site, in your colours. Requests from it are marked so you know where they came from.
Are the waivers sound?
A customer agrees to sign electronically, types their name, and draws a signature. The record keeps the exact text they signed, the time, their network address, and their device, and a PDF is archived. The starter waiver is a sample. Have your attorney review it before you rely on it.
Who holds the money?
You do. When deposits ship, they go to your own Stripe account, or to each artist's, and we take no cut. The balance is paid in the chair, on whatever you use today.
Does the queue need an app?
No. Guests scan a code, sign in the browser, and keep a page that updates on its own with their place in line. Staff run the console from any phone.
Can an artist keep their own supplies?
Yes. An artist logs what they use and manages their own items. Ordering and receiving stay with the owner or a manager.
What about texting?
Email goes out at every step today: the request, the decision, the booking, and a reminder the day before. Texting is next, once carrier registration clears.

Put your name on the door.
Ten minutes: your name, your colours, your hours. Then send the link to the next person who asks.
